Up to 21 individuals passed away, and 16 others are missing after a ferry submerged off Gabon coast’s capital Libreville last Thursday, the Gabonese government mentioned late Tuesday.


About 124 individuals have been rescued after the ferry, dubbed the “Esther Miracle” from the Royal Coast Marine firm, sank at about 3:58 am local time on Thursday, and rescue operations are in progress.
